ANTIFOULINGS

ANTIFOULINGS

MACRO Antifouling
Description: It is a Self-Cleaning Antifouling paint with acrylic resin base, comprising copper oxide and
also strengthened with various chlorine rubber resin. Environment friendly (Tin-Free).
Properties : Since it contains a high level of copper oxide, it is effective against all kinds of shell sea
organisms, mussels and mosses forming on the parts of polyester, steel and wooden boats.

SPC Antifouling
Description : It is a Self – Polishing Antifouling paint with acrylic resin base, comprising copper oxide and
also strengthened with various chlorine rubber resin. Environment friendly (Tin-Free).

organisms, mussels and mosses forming on the parts of polyester, steel and wooden boats.
It adheres very well. Hull speeds up to 35 knots.

ANTIFOULINGS

SPEED Antifouling
Description : It is special type of hard synthetic resin based, and is reinforced by various resins. Produced
for speed boats (35 – 50 knots) it is an environmental long lasting antifouling, friendly final layer paint.
Properties: : Speed Antifouling is produced using American Bioside technology. It is effective against all
kinds of shell sea organisms, mussels and mosses forming on the parts of Polyester, Steel, Wooden and
Aluminum boats. It adheres very well, designed for water sports. Hull speeds between 35- 50 knots.
Drying Time (20°C) : First drying takes at 1.5 hours and complete drying takes at 8 hours. After the final
layer is applied, sailing should take place minimum 2 days.
Consumption : Approximately 0.300 kg/m² for each layer. ( 90 micron dry film thickness).
Minimum 2 layers are recommended.
Flash Point : 24°C
Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature.
Colour : Ocean Blue -Black – White- Grey
UNIVERSAL Primer
Description: It has an acrylic resin base and is strengthened with Epoxy resin. Therefore, it is an
undercoat paint with a highly elastic structure and high anti-corrosive effect.
Properties : Universal Primer has an aluminium outlook and is used on external and internal surfaces of
underwater and water level parts of polyester, steel and wooden boats. It’s impermeability is high, because
of it’s chlorine rubber structure, and it prevents corrosion in steel boats. It forms a strong surface for the
final layer paint with antifouling and chlorine rubber bases. Beside sea vehicles it can be used as an anticorrosive
undercoat paint in metal surfaces such as bridges, railroads and in other industrial locations.
Drying Time (20°C) : First drying takes 4 hours, full drying takes 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 0.150 kg/m² for each layer. ( 30 micron dry film thickness).
Minimum 2 layers are recommended.
Flash Point : 23°C.
Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature.

SYNTHETIC PAINT & UNDERCOATS

 

Synthetic Top Coat / High Gloss
Description : It is a modified alkyd based final layer high gloss paint. It is not affected by sea water, grease and the
sun. It is bright and elastic.
Properties : It is used as a final paint for external and internal surfaces in sea vehicles (board and decks) for all steel
and wooden surfaces. Metal Primer is applied to steel surfaces. Synthetic Top Coat is applied at least in 2 layers with
an interval of 6 hours. The first drying will be within 2-3 hours and the paint does not hold dust at this point. The full
drying takes 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 10 -12 m² is painted with 1 lt.
Flash Point : 41°C.
Shelf Life : 3 years at room temperature.
SK-840 Chlorine-Rubber Top Coat
Description : It is a Chlorine-rubber based final layer paint. It is not affected by sea water, a lot of
chemicals, grease and the sun. It is semigloss, elastic and highly anti-corrosive.
Properties : It is used as a final paint for external and internal surfaces in sea vehicles (hold- board-decks)
for all steel and wooden surfaces. Sk-840 Chlorine-Runner Top Coat is applied to steel surfaces directly.
It is used in plants and industrial sites which require chemical resistance (against thinned acids, petrol
natural and mineral oils), in concrete, floors, bridges, tanks, pipes and railroads which require precautions
against corrosion. SK-840 Chlorine-Runner Top Coat is applied at least in 2 layers with an interval of 6
hours. The first drying will be within 2-3 hours and the paint does not hold dust at this point. The full drying
takes 6 hours.
It is thinned with D-30 Thinner
Consumption : Approximately 10 -12 m² is painted with 1 lt.
Flash Point : 41°C.
Shelf Life : 1 years at room temperature
Synthetic Metal Primer
Description: It is a synthetic undercoat paint with alkyd resin base. It contains zinc chromium, zinc phosphate and iron
oxide, and it is highly anti-corrosive.
Properties : It is used in all kinds of metal surfaces, against corrosions. It is resistant against thinned acids, bases and
salt solutions. It adheres very well to the surface, does not crack, puff out or shed. It suits all kinds of final layer paint.
Consumption : Approximately 10-12 m² can be painted with 1 lt.
Flash Point : 43°C.
Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature.
Red Lead Primer
Description: It is a highly anti-corrosive undercoat paint with alkyd base, containing a great amount of
lead oxide.
Properties : It is used in all kinds of external and internal metal surfaces of the ships. Beside sea vehicles it can be
used as an anti-corrosive undercoat paint in metal surfaces such as bridges, railroads and in other industrial locations.
It is thinned with ST-10 Thinner and applied in 2 layers. Afterwards Synthetic Top Coat – Gloss Paint should be used as
a final layer.
Drying Time (20°C) : First drying takes 4 hours, full drying takes 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 10-12 m² can be painted with

SYNTHETIC PAINT & UNDERCOATS

Polyurethane 1 Kp Top Coat / White – High Gloss
Description: It is an alkyd based paint, modified with polyurethane and silicone additive in one component.
It is high gloss, white, elastic and water repellent characteristic. It is highly resistant to UV lights. Derin
Metal Primer is applied to metal surfaces before using Polyurethane 1 Kp Topcoat. Polyurethane Topcoat
1Kp is applied at least in 2 or 3 layers with an interval of 6 hours. The first drying will be within 2-3 hours
and the paint does not hold dust at this point. The full regular drying is completed in 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 10 -12 m² is painted with 1 lt.
Flash Point : It is 41°C.
Shelf Life : 3 years at room temperature.
Synthetic Hold Paint
Description : It is a modified alkyd-based paint. It is not affected by sea water, oil, petroleum and
detergents .
Properties : It is used in painting the ship’s hold and other internal sections in sea vehicles. Semi-gloss
Aluminyum appearance. It is produced in three colours. Resistant against blows and corrosion. It’s
resistance to dry heat is 120°C. Apply 2 coats by t hinning 10% with ST-10 Synthetic Thinner.
The first drying takes 2- 3 hours the paint does not hold dust, the full drying takes 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 10-12 m² can be painted with 1 lt
Flash Point : 43°C.
Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature
AP-115/ Aluminium Hold Paint
Description : It is a rapid drying aluminium paint. It is used especially for food holds of the ships.
Properties : It is used in painting the ship’s hold and other internal and external sections in sea vehicles.
Resistant against blows and corrosion. It’s resistance to dry heat is 120°C. Apply 2 coats by thinning 10%
with D-30 Thinner. First drying takes 4 hours, full drying takes 24 hours.
Consumption : Approximately 10-12 m² can be painted with 1 lt
Flash Point : 43°C.
Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature

EPOXY PAINTS

SK-360/ Epoxy Marine Top Coat / Solvent Base
Description : It is a final layer gloss paint with Epoxy resin base. It is highly resistant to a lot of chemicals,
oil, sea water and corrosion. It is used in plants and industrial sites which require chemical resistance
(against thinned acids, petrol natural and mineral oils), in concrete and floors, bridges, railroads which
require precaution against corrosion.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is recommended for surfaces on which Epoxy Filler and Epoxy Undercoat is applied. Main material is
mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours
between layers. In the applications surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is
necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use. For applications with pistol it should
be thinned by % 15-20 Epoxy Thinner volumetrically.
Consumption : It is 250 g/m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 80 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20° C) : Pot life is approximately 1 hour. Protection a against dust is 2-3 hours. Touching
period is 15-20 minutes. Hardening time is 24 hours. Chemical drying takes 4-7 days.
Shelf Life : 1 year with temperatures between +5 C and +30 C.
SK-370/ Epoxy Coating / Solvent Free
Description : It is a solvent free epoxy resin based final layer gloss paint. It is highly resistant to a lot of
chemicals, oil and sea water and corrosion. It is used in plants and industrial sites which require chemical
resistance (against thinned acids, petrol natural and mineral oils), in concrete, floors, bridges, tanks, pipes
and railroads which require precautions against corrosion.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is recommended for surfaces on which Epoxy Metal Primer or Epoxy Undercoat is applied. Main material
is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours
between layers. In the applications surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is
necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use.
Consumption : It is 400 g/m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 300 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20° C) : Pot life is approximately 45 minutes. Protection against dust is 2-3 hours. Touching
period is 15-20 minutes. Hardening time is 24 hours. Chemical drying takes 4-7 days.
Shelf Life : 1 year with temperatures between +5 C and +30 C.
SK-390/ Epoxy Water Tank Paint / Solvent Free
Description : Epoxy -Polyamine Based / Solvent-free coating. This product does not contain dangerous
materials. When applied it is odourless, which makes it an ideal product for use in confined spaces such as
Water Tanks of the ships and houses, bilges, food tanks, food industries and other human health care
areas.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is recommended for surfaces on which Epoxy Filler and Epoxy Undercoat is applied. Main material is
mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours
between layers. In the applications surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is
necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use.
Consumption : It is 400 g/m2 for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 300 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20° C) : Pot life is approximately 1 hour. Protection against dust is 2-3 hours. Touching

EPOXY UNDERCOATS

AP-219/ Epoxy Marine Undercoat / Solvent Base
Description : It is a two component anti-corrosive undercoat paint with Epoxy resin base. Its colour is grey
and its outlook is mat. Epoxy Undercoat is used as an undercoat for surfaces that Epoxy Filler or Epoxy Final
Layer will be applied on. It is resistant to a lot of chemicals, oil and sea water and corrosion, and it adheres
excellently and is also resistant to abrasion and shocks. It is used in plants and industrial sites which require
chemical resistance (against thinned acids, natural and mineral oils), in concrete, floors, bridges and railroads
which require protection against corrosion.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is applied before the application of Epoxy Filler, and the surface is readied for the final layer. Main material
is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 4 hours
between layers. In the applications surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is
necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use. For applications with pistol it should
be thinned by % 15-20 Derin E-40 Epoxy Thinner volumetrically.

AP- 113/ Epoxy Metal Primer / Solvent Base
Description : It is a double component anti-corrosive metal undercoat with Epoxy resin base. It has lead and
chromate free, excellent anticorrosive properties and good impact- and abrasion resistance. It is highly
resistant to a lot of chemicals, oil and sea water and corrosion, and it adheres excellently and is also resistant
to abrasion and shocks. It is used in plants and industrial sites which require chemical resistance (against
thinned acids, natural and mineral oils), in concrete,floors bridges and railroads which require protection
against corrosion.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is applied before the application of Epoxy Top Coats. Main material is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio
(weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 4 hours between layers. In the applications
surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is necessary for the brush applications
since the product is ready for use. For applications with pistol it should be thinned by % 15-20 Derin E-40

AP- 467/ Epoxy Mastic / Solvent Base Primer & Topcoat
Description : A high solid epoxy primer/coating formulated with Derin-Mastic binder technology. Derin-
Epoxy Mastic has excellent anticorrosive properties and good impact- and abrasion resistance. Good
adhesion to St3 prepared steel substrates and compatible with most aged coatings.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
It is recommended for surfaces on which Epoxy Filler and Epoxy Undercoat is applied. Main material is
mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours
between layers. In the applications surpassing 24 hours, the surface should be sandpapered. No thinning is
necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use. For applications with pistol it should
be thinned by % 15-20 Derin E-40 Epoxy Thinner volumetrically.

AP-155/ Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer
Description : A two pack polyamide cured epoxy primer, pigmented with a high zinc content for the
protection of steel structures against corrosion in industrial and marine environments. The primer is quick
drying and can be used as a holding primer.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
Main material is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 1 layer. No thinning
is necessary for the brush applications since the product is ready for use. For applications with pistol it
should be thinned by % 15-20 Derin E-40 Epoxy Thinner volumetrically.
Consumption : It is 300 g/ m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 80 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20°C) : Pot life is approximately 2-3 hours. Touching period is 15-20 minutes. Hardening time
is 24 hours. Chemical drying takes 4-7 days.

AP-153/ Epoxy Shop Primer – Grey
Description : A highly durable ethylsilicate shopprimer with a reduced zinc dust content for an optimal
balance between welding speed and corrosion protection. It can withstand exposure to atmospheric
conditions for periods up to 12 months. The primer can be recoated with Derin Marine products.
Consumption : It is 150 g/ m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 60 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20°C) : Pot life is approximately 5-6 hours.Touching period is 2-3 minutes.
Hardening time is 1 hour. Shelf Life : 1 year with temperatures between +5 C and +30 C.
AP-180/ Epoxy Shop Primer – Red
Description : A two-pack polyamide cured epoxy shopprimer loaded with non-toxic anti-corrosive pigments
for the protection of steel structures against corrosion during construction. The primer cured fast and can be
used as a holding primer.
Consumption : It is 150 g/ m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 60 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20°C) : Pot life is approximately 5-6 hours. Touching period is 2-3 minutes.
Hardening time is 1 hour. Shelf Life : 1 year with temperatures between +5 C and +30 C.

EPOXY FILLERS

MY-520/ Epoxy Classic Filler
Description : Epoxy resin based, solvent free filler. It is a two component, general purpose which is used
in all kinds of sea vehicles (Wood, Steel, Polyesters) works.
Properties : Density is d=1,60. Its resistance against chemicals, corrosion and water is excellent. It is
applied to the under water and water level parts of the boat in thickness of several millimetres. However, it
does not leak, crack and is easily sandpapered, even if it is applied in thickness of 1-2 cm. It is used in
solving of osmosis problems in fibber boats. It forms a solid surface to apply Undercoat, Antifouling and
Final Layer paints.
Application : The components A (Filler) and B (Hardener) are mixed volumetrically in 1/1 ratio, until the
colour turns out to be dirty white. It is applied through a steel trowel. May not be applied in places where
temperature is less than +10 degrees and humidity is over 70%. E-40 Epoxy Thinner is used for cleaning
thinner.
Drying Time ( 20°C) : The usage period of the mixture is 1.5 hours. Minimum drying time is 8-12 hours
before sandpapering, second layer application is after 12-24 hours, full drying time is 24 hours.
Chemical drying takes 7 days.
Flaming Point : 200 °C Storage Life : 2 years at room temperature. Mixing Colour : Grey
MY-530/ Epoxy Light Filler- 530
Description : Epoxy resin based tixotropic filler. Solvent free, very light, resistant to aqueous and chemical
environments.
Properties : Density less than water (d=0.68). Thus not add weight on the boat. Used in evening and
correcting of the sub water and over water surfaces of steel, aluminium, wood and polyester boats. Does
not shrink or draw after drying. It may be applied 1-2 cm at one coat. Very resistant against impacts,
seawater and low concentration chemicals. Maybe sanded very well.
Application : Remove dust, oil and dirt from the surface and apply at least 2 layers Epoxy Primer. Volume
should be 1:1. Stir at least 3 minutes until it becomes homogenous before use. May not be applied in
places where temperature is less than +10 degrees and humidity is over 70%. E-40 Epoxy Thinner is used
for cleaning thinner.
Drying Period ( 20°C) : Pot life is 1 hour under 20 C°. Minimum drying period before sanding is 24 hours.
Second layer application requires 12-24 hours and full drying requires 24 hours.
Chemical resistance comes after 7 days.
Flaming Point : 200 °C Shelf Life : 2 years at room temperature. Mixing Colour : Red
MY-533/ Epoxy Finishing Filler
Description : Smooth finishing. Epoxy resin based, solvent free, very light, resistant to aqueous and
chemical environments.
Properties : Density less than water (d=0.68). Thus not add weight on the boat. Used in evening and
correcting of the sub water and over water surfaces of steel, aluminium, dry wood and polyester boats. Use
after Filler Classic or Light- 530 to get smooth surface. Very resistant against impacts, seawater, and low
concentration chemicals. Maybe sanded very well.
Application : Remove dust, oil and dirt from the surface and apply at least 2 layers Epoxy Primer. Volume
should be 1:1. Stir at least 3 minutes until it becomes homogenous before use. May not be applied in

EPOXY Resins

MY-550/ Epoxy Lamination Resin
Description : Resin System is a 100% epoxy system suitable for various construction and repair jobs of
wood, GRP, metals and other substrates. The product has excellent penetration and its high adhesive
strength makes exceptionally suitable for wood lamination jobs. It also enhances sound and heat
insulation. By adding the micro fiber compound, the Resin system can be used for crack filling or in
making T-joints.
Application : All type of surfaces should be dry and free from grease, waxes, salts and other
contaminants. Sand the surfaces before applying Resin System. Main material is mixed with hardener by
2:1 ratio (weight). Relative Humidity should be less than 90 %RH. Do not mix more Resin System than
can be used in 30 minutes. The Resin should not be thinned. The product can be applied by brush, roller
or when the micro spheres or micro fibers are added, by putty knives. For wood protection at least 4
coats of the Resin System has to be applied to a total dry film thickness of 350 micron.
Consumption : It is 0,200 g/m² for each layer. (Approximate thickness of 100 Microns of dry film).
Drying Time ( 20°C) : Pot life is 30 minutes. Dry to recoat 12 hours, Fully cured 7 days.
Shelf Life : 1 year with temperatures between +5 C and +30 C.
AP-900/ Epoxy PENETRATING PRIMER
Description : Epoxy Emprenye is a sealer for all types of wood and concrete surfaces. It has excellent
penetration properties and can be recoated with various Derin Epoxy and Polyurethane products.
Application: Clean substrate with fresh water and cleaner if required. The product is delivered in brush
viscosity. It should be applied minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours between layers.
The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence. Main
material is mixed with hardener by 2:1 ratio (weight). E-40 Epoxy Thinner is used for cleaning thinner.

POLYURETHANE

SK-960 / Polyurethane Top Coat – 2k
Description : Polyurethane Top Coat is a two component polyurethane finish with an excellent resistance to
the industrial and marine environment. Extra UV resistant. It offers superior gloss and colour retention. It is
highly resistant to a lot of chemicals, oil and sea water and corrosion. It is used in plants and industrial sites
which require chemical resistance (against thinned acids, petrol natural and mineral oils), in concrete, floors,
swimming pool, bridges, tanks, pipes and railroads which require precautions against corrosion.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
The Polyurethane Top coat can be applied to suitable Derin Epoxy Primers, Epoxy Penetrating Primer and
Polyurethane Undercoats. Main material is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied
minimum 2 layers with intervals of 24 hours between layers. Do not mix more paint than can be used in 1
hour. If necessary thin with Derin APu-50 Thinner. When applied by brush or roller, apply in smooth and
gentle strokes. Apply crosswise to ensure an even distribution of the paint. Relative humidity should be less
than 90 %RH

AP-250 / Polyurethane Undercoat – 2k
Description : Polyurethane Undercoat is mainly used as un undercoat for finishing coats. Can be easily
sanded to a sound and smooth base coat for Derin PU Finish and other finishes.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease adherence.
The Polyurethane Undercoat coat can be applied to suitable Derin Epoxy Filler and Epoxy Undercoats.
Main material is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 2 layers with
intervals of 24 hours between layers. Do not mix more paint than can be used in 1 hour. If necessary thin
with Derin APu-50 Thinner. When applied by brush or roller, apply in smooth and gentle strokes. Apply

WOOD PROTECTORS

VR-100 / Silicone Added Yacht Varnish
Description: It is an polyurethane based with silicone additive, one component, gloss varnish. It has
water repellent characteristic, because of its silicone content. It has a smooth and shiny surface, and does
not retain salt and water in its texture. It does not scratch, protects against fungus, wood worms, and mold
It is modified by Nano technology, resistant to UV light, weak acids and alkali.
Properties : It is used on decks and inner surfaces of sea vehicles, and it is used in varnishing the
wooden parts of boats which are not painted, above and under water parts as well. Besides boats, it
yields perfect results on all kinds of wooden parts of buildings both outside and inside.
Application : The wooden surfaces to be varnished should be dry, clean, free of dust and sandpapered.
It is applied at least 3-4 times. Since the first drying will take between 2-4 hours depending air
temperature, it can be applied 2 times a day. To have a good adhering between the layers, a light, thin
sandpapering is necessary. The application is consistent and no thinning is necessary. At very high
temperatures, ST-10 Synthetic Thinner should be used for thinning. After applying coloured Yacht
Varnish, clear Yacht Varnish should be applied.
Consumption : During normal application, 1lt. is sufficient to varnish an area of 12-14 m² in one layer.
Shelf Life : Flaming point is 25 C, and it should be stored in a dry and cool place for a maximum of 2
years after the date of production.
VR-400 / Polyurethane 2 Kp Varnish
Description : Two component polyurethane varnish has an excellent resistance to the industrial and
marine environment. It offers superior gloss and is resistant to scratches. It is modified by Nano
technology, resistant to UV light, non yellowing.
Application : The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt and corrosion which will decrease
adherence. Main material is mixed with hardener by 4:1 ratio (weight). It should be applied minimum 3-4
layers with intervals of 24 hours between layers. If necessary thin with Derin APu-50 Thinner. When
applied by brush or roller, apply in smooth and gentle strokes. Apply crosswise to ensure an even
distribution of the paint. Relative Humidity should be less than 90 %RH

VR-110 / Teak Oil
Description: It protects the wood against the destructive effects of the sea and weather conditions (salt,
sun, etc.), it provides impermeability. It prevents the formation of fungus, mildew, and extends the life of
wood. It gives the natural colour to teak and similar wood of high quality.
Application : The stains and spots on the surface are cleaned by Derin Marine “Teak Cleaner &
Brightener ”. Teak Oil‘ does not need thinning, and it is applied in two layers with a cloth, sponge or a
brush.
Shelf Life : 3 years at room temperature.

Culture Fishing Antifouling / Water Based
Description : Developed for nets (buoys, nylons fishnets and ropes) being used in aquaculture. Acrylic
resin formulated and water based paint. The paint contains copper oxide and employs self cleaning
function.
Characteristics : Being manufactured via American Biocide technology. Specifically developed for the
nets being used in cultivation of gilthead sea bream, sea bass, trout, tuna and similar fish. The nets
painted before submerging into the water gives perfect performance in the water up to 12 months.
Effective even in the most dirty water, fungal growth, algae and marine fouling organisms. Does not
contain solvent, not harming the nets. The nets may be painted over and over again for use.
Drying Time ( 20°C) : First drying comes in 3 hours and full drying in 8 hours. Should wait at least one
day before being put in to the water.
Shelf Life : Maximum 6 months in room temperature. Stir 10 minutes before used.
